The family house is designed as a modern building with 2 floors and a pitched roof. Vertical load-bearing walls, partitions between bedrooms are made of sand-lime blocks.
The ceiling structure is made of a monolithic slab. The load-bearing structure of the flat roof is composed of prestressed, prefabricated, monolithic, cavity beams. The floors above ground are connected by a direct one-arm steel (timber clad) staircase. A direct, single-arm steel exterior staircase rises to the roof terrace. The terrace area is divided and made cosy by semi-high screens which also cap the chimney, drainage vent etc. The interiors of the bays are lined with black compact boards (cembrit boards). The balustrades of the French windows and roof terraces are made up of glass panes in a minimalist style.
