The main motif of the architectural design of the family house and the garages set in the garden is their visual "disappearance" into the greenery by using vegetated roofs, vegetated walls, gabion walls and baskets covered and interspersed with greenery. The family house is designed with a T-shaped plan. The combination of materials consists of gabion masonry, vegetation walls and glazed walls, fitted with external screening black blinds and wooden elements - in particular a wooden deck. The layers for the vegetated roofs of both buildings are supported by a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The fencing will be a combination of solid and hollow gabion baskets, interspersed with greenery;

The family house is designed as a modern building with 2 floors and a pitched roof. Vertical load-bearing walls, partitions between bedrooms are made of sand-lime blocks.

Our experts were responsible for many aspects of this construction, including interior walling, tiling, paving and fencing of the entire property.

Family house Zdiměřice is a three-storey, partially basement building. The floor plan is L-shaped, the total dimensions of the 1st floor are 30 x 21m, the 2nd floor consists of an extension with floor plan dimensions of 12.3 x 4.5m.

In this project, we took care of the construction of a parking lot for the building materials wholesaler, Gienger Centron. The construction of this large 1,200 m2 car park was a complex task, which included levelling the ground and creating an optimal parking area.

We build for communities. Our recent project, a reinforced concrete monolithic retaining wall, stands on the roadside opposite the Vestec municipal office. This structure was commissioned by the municipality of Vestec and serves as an important element to improve infrastructure and safety in the area.

Centrum property s.r.o. was again involved in the creation of modern infrastructure, this time with the main focus on the construction of a new asphalt road. This construction work commenced after careful consideration of the planning application process and was a key element in improving access to the newly built residence in Vestec u Prahy.

One of our other construction projects is the creation of a reinforced concrete self-supporting monolithic footbridge that spans a stream in the village of Vestec on Suchých Street. This construction provides a safe and comfortable crossing over the stream.
